At Victory Cards, we want to ensure your trading cards, booster boxes, and gaming accessories arrive safely and promptly. Review our shipping information below for details on handling times, methods, and rates.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our storefront in Isle of Palms, South Carolina. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been packed and labeled, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

2. Domestic Shipping Options & Transit Times

We offer reliable domestic shipping options to get your cards to you securely:

Domestic: Typically takes 7 to 10 business days in transit once shipped. Ideal for standard card orders and accessories.
International: Faster transit option typically taking 11 to 15 business days once shipped.

3. Packaging Standards

Trading cards and collectibles require careful handling to prevent bends, creases, or moisture damage during transit. Every order is packed securely using protective materials (such as top loaders, team bags, bubble wrap, and sturdy cardboard boxes) to ensure your items arrive in collector-grade condition.

4. Shipping Issues & Missing Packages

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Victory Cards is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses due to customer error.
Transit Delays or Lost Mail: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS), transit times are outside of our direct control. If your tracking shows a delay or your package is lost, please reach out to us so we can help you file a claim or locate your shipment.
